ORBIS is a nonprofit humanitarian organisation dedicated to blindness prevention and treatment in developing countries. neo has been engaged as communications partner for the UK branch of the organisation. The first project neo will undertake is the writing, design and production of their annual report.

Changing the world with comedy, cross-stitch and common sense
neo has created a novel way to inspire greener lifestyles. The Room For Change is a virtual living room decorated with eco-friendly products and installations, designed by neo to give consumers everyday ideas for greener living. Installations include a goat made from hubcaps (to encourage people to consider buying ethical or recycled gifts) and a toilet full of mobile phones to communicate how recycling your mobile can fund capital projects in the third world (as well as highlighting the dangers of texting on the toilet). The Room For Change was unveiled at LONDON AWARE 08 (see below).

LONDON AWARE 08 - the greener living showcase was a resounding success, attracting a diverse range of visitors to reflect the equally diverse range of exhibitors. neo's 'Room for Change' was applauded for its innovative design (and free cake!). Read a review of the event at Smart Planet.

Sightsavers International has launched some exciting new initiatives for its schools programme. neo has created a new identity and desiged a range of new publications for the scheme including the icare teachers pack and a kids activity pack.

City of Westminster Council aims to be at the vanguard of environmental practices. The heart of their mission campaign is to help the public to 'Go Green'. neo have created a web portal for the campaign.

Brain and Spine Foundation have launched a new website especially for young people with acquired brain injury. The site offers information and practical advice for people affected by brain injury and is a useful resource for parents and professionals. neo created a series of illustrative characters that feature across the website. Homeless Link is a national umbrella organisation with around 450 members and has set the ambitious goal of ending homelessness by 2022 in its new report: “Ending Homelessness Together”. Purple WoW Day is a fun way to raise money for Wellbeing of Women and help improve the lives of millions of women affected by reproductive health problems. neo have just created the microsite for the campaign and are now creating a new main website for Wellbeing of Women to reflect their new brand and direction.

Friends of the Earth South East have invited neo to join a new coalition of (non-party political) groups and businesses concerned about climate change, wishing to see strong government legislation brought about in Autumn 2008.

RedR rebuilds people's lives in times of disaster by providing aid workers in the field with the skills that they need to make a difference. neo have just completed the design and eco-print of their new publications, including the annual revew 2007.

The British Ecological Society is an active and thriving organisation with something to offer anyone with an interest in ecology. neo have just completed a communications review and strategy to help the organisation increase awareness of its work.
